Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team. This is a key role ensuring smooth overnight operations, exceptional guest experiences, and accurate financial reporting. What You'll Do Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests. Secure payments, issue/reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy. Run nightly audits, prepare reports, and complete system backups. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure financial accuracy. Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
