Key Responsibilities
- Create bespoke, high-end travel experiences including luxury hotels, private tours, premium cruises, and tailor-made itineraries
- Deliver concierge-level service with attention to detail and an understanding of individual client needs
- Provide expert destination insight, product recommendations, and luxury travel guidance
- Manage complex travel arrangements, VIP requests, upgrades, and special requirements
- Stay informed about luxury brands, emerging destinations, and premium industry trends
- Use professional booking platforms and supplier portals accurately and efficiently
