About the role
Rayin Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services to our valued customers. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and reliability of our clients' vehicles.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks and light commercial vehicles
* Carry out routine servicing and inspections to identify and resolve any mechanical issues
* Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive problems
* Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and parts used
* Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related trade
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified Automotive Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers
* A safety-conscious approach and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
