The Opportunity
Access Inclusion and Success have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Outreach Project Officer.
The Outreach Project Officer develops and delivers programs and activities aimed at increasing university participation of students from communities under-represented in higher education.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for delivering outreach activities for the purpose of encouraging the aspirations and building the capacity of students from under-represented backgrounds to access higher education. Additionally, you will provide high level support to Access Monash programs with schools and low SES communities including, contributing to the scoping and planning of projects, coordinating, implementing and/or management of key components of these projects and supporting the development and maintenance of information systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive relevant experience and expertise in project/program support or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
