**Supervisor**
We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar supervisor who is ready to grow their career.
As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
- You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience
- You will ensure food quality and presentation is of a high standard
- You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas
**Position Duties**
This key role includes the following responsibilities:
- Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations
- Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
- Listening to customer feedback and consistently working to ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods
- Assisting with the induction and on-boarding of new team members
- Assisting in the training of new team members
- Assisting with driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
- Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
- Assisting with ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Previously worked in a similar environment and enjoyed this experience
- Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference
- Positive, happy and smiling - able to build on the great workplace culture and provide exceptional customer service
- An engaged and energetic team player - celebrates shared success and willing to go the extra mile to help the team
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues

- Ability to multi - task and adapt to changing customer levels as required
- Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to accurately execute office administration tasks and duties
