The Role:
* Help build a culture focused on people development and create enthusiasm around inventory control and stock movement.
* Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to inspire continuous improvement.
* Coach and mentor your team to ensure accuracy across store inventory levels and empower their independence.
* Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs during key events and peak periods to maximize revenue.
