We are looking for a line manager in SAFe Agile Release Train focused on developing a medical mobile app. This is a challenging position where you use your leadership skills to bring out the best in people, build high performing teams, support them in reaching their goals and help shape a world-class working environment. Full line management responsibilities for cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, personal and professional development.

- you are a manager with at least 1 year of experience in people management;
- you exhibit enthusiasm & self-reliance with a high degree of commitment and ownership;
- you have excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- you have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and effectively apply situational leadership;
- you are fluent in English and Polish.
It would be nice if:
- you have 3+ years hands-on experience as a member of agile development team;
- you have experience in driving change within an organization;
- you have curious approach and problem-solving skills, are able to challenge existing practices, draw accurate conclusions from available inputs, analyze & present solution variants with recommendations;
- you are familiar with SAFe framework;
- you have experience in medical software or other regulated industries.
