Job location: Current Lambton, NSW. Job type: Casual. Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
- Greet customers, address inquiries, promote loyalty programs and promotions, and complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale system.
- Understand customer needs and respond to safety hazards and incidents in the forecourt and shop area.
- Perform general store duties including cleaning, stock replenishment, and maintaining store appearance.
- Collaborate with the team to manage busy periods and provide support as required.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required (minimum 1 year).
- Work authorisation in Australia required.
Requirements
- Availability for early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts; weekends and public holidays required.
- Ability to commute to New Lambton, NSW or relocate before starting work (preferred).
