to spearhead our sales operations across Australia and New Zealand. If you're passionate about customers and have a track record of driving national sales performance, we want to hear from you.

lead national sales efforts
for a rapidly growing brand in the clean energy and industrial solutions space. You'll be responsible for growing revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and expanding our customer base in key sectors across OEM's, MHE distributors, and customer direct sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business growth goals
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industrial and commercial sectors
Manage and grow key accounts, including OEMs, integrators, MHE distributors, and enterprise customers
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing national sales team
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
Collaborate with global teams on product positioning and solution customisation
Travel nationally as required to support customers and team members
Manage, nurture, and grow the customer database to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are the minimum standard we accept
Who are we looking for?
You're a commercially focused sales leader with a proven track record in closing high volume B2B sales, ideally within the
industrial battery or energy storage
industries having had exposure to the Materials Handling Equipment industry. Additionally, you have had an eye on alternative customers across the e-mobility, GSE, recreation, industrial cleaning or EWP sectors.
You are strategic thinking, possess excellent relationship-building skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive and growing market.
You are fluent in customer language and hence are able to walk and guide the customer through the industrial mobility energy landscape to ensure the client ultimately is provided with the solution that truly satisfies their process requirements and ensures Triathlon becomes a valued partner to their business.
You will bring:
5+ years in a senior sales or business development role (national or regional scope)
Strong knowledge of the industrial battery or energy storage sector in Australia
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
Experience leading remote or national sales teams
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
A technical mindset – ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
