We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication, clinical, and assessment skills, with experience in community, aged care, or home care nursing.
* Deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
* Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
* Undertake wound care and management to promote optimal healing outcomes
* Complete thorough clinical assessments to inform care planning
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure seamless care coordination
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a valid working visa in Australia, a current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, and AHPRA registration.
Additionally, you will possess a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
