Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cleaner to lead our cleaning team and provide facility cleaning to a high standard. This role involves mentoring junior staff, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, supervising and training the cleaning team, and liaising with Facility Managers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing exceptional cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the facility
* Mentoring and supporting junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
* Collaborating with Facility Managers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and visitors
Requirements:
* Prior experience in leading staff and possessing excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
