The Business Development Executive is responsible for growing the customer base, distribution and sales volume within a designated territory. This role focuses on partnering with independent retail customers to drive strategic growth and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and execution targets by consistently meeting or exceeding set KPIs.
* Implement the 'One Asahi' strategy in-store by promoting the full beverage portfolio and aligning with key customer initiatives.
* Plan and execute commercial activity by selling in business initiatives, trading terms, pricing, and ensuring compliance with promotional plans and execution standards.
* Drive core range distribution and identify opportunities to grow visibility, space, and promotional presence beyond standard plans.
* Utilise sales tools and techniques consistently to support structured territory management and deliver commercial outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual business needs and ensuring regular call cycles.
* Conduct ongoing business reviews to analyse sales and execution metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
