The Opportunity

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales in Australia and Fiji. This quota-carrying role involves hunting and farming: identifying new clients, managing complex sales cycles, and growing strategic accounts across private enterprises and government clients.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
o Identify and prioritize target accounts in mid-market and enterprise segments.
o Build pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, events, partnerships, and inbound leads.
o Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and generate MQLs.
2. Client Discovery & Solutioning
o Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges.
o Map client needs to our offerings and drive solution fit.
o Lead product demos, discovery workshops, and value assessments, partnering with solution consultants.
o Present tailored proposals, solution architectures, pricing, and ROI analyses.
o Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts, coordinating with legal and procurement.
o Ensure deals meet profitability and margin guidelines in collaboration with delivery leadership.
3. Account Growth & Relationship Management
o Post-sale, serve as a strategic partner to drive adoption, satisfaction, and upselling.
o Track usage metrics, adoption signals, and renewal cycles.
o Identify cross-sell opportunities and serve as a regional voice for customer feedback.
4. Reporting & Forecasting
o Maintain accurate pipeline and deal progression in CRM.
o Provide performance updates, win/loss insights, and competitive intelligence to global leadership.


What We're Looking For

* Experience: Proven success in SaaS, digital services, or consulting, with full-cycle sales experience. Track record of exceeding quotas and closing multi-year, high-value deals.
* Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Australia/Fiji markets, with a strong network. Experience in BFSI, education, telco, or government sectors is a plus.
* Solution Expertise: Familiarity with SaaS sales, cloud, AI/ML, or low-code platforms, with ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms.
* Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, value messaging, executive engagement, and negotiation skills.
* Self-Leadership: Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
