Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled tiler to complete splashback installations to a consistently high standard. You'll be engaged on a per-project basis, working from clear job briefs with defined scopes and expectations.
This role suits an installer who values precision, presentation, and professionalism — not rushed, volume-driven work.
Scope of Work
* Install splashback tiles including ceramic, porcelain, kit-kat, subway, and stone
* Surface preparation where required
* Accurate tile layout, alignment, spacing, and cuts
* Adhesive application, grouting, and silicone finishing to a premium standard
* Maintain a clean, professional worksite throughout the install
* Follow job scopes and specifications provided prior to each booking
* Communicate professionally with clients when required
What We're Looking For
* 2–3+ years tiling experience (splashbacks highly regarded)
* Strong silicone finishing and clean-line detailing
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
* Own tools and reliable transport (cutters, grinders, levels, drills, etc.)
* White Card
* ABN (for subcontractors)
* Public liability insurance (required)
* Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented

* Work is issued per job, not hourly
* Clear scope, site details, and expectations provided before each booking
* Install rates are based on kitchen size brackets and complexity
* Additional rates apply for complex layouts, second visits, or premium detailing
* No exclusivity — quality and reliability earn repeat work
* On-time payment upon completion and sign-off

* Fixed per-project install rates based on kitchen size and scope
* Premium rates available for complex layouts and advanced detail work
* Rates discussed transparently prior to engagement
