SRG Global is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements for our Asset Services division.
This is a fixed-term role based out of our offices in Naval Base Kwinana.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
* Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
* Client liaison and engagement.
* Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
* Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
* To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.
* Assist Site Superintendent with adhoc tasks
Essential and Desirable Skills
* Proven experience in a similar role (must have)
* Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew)
* Good communication skills both verbally and in written correspondence
