Tower Crane Operations Specialist
This is a hands-on role involving leadership, technical expertise and strong communication skills to support the safe installation, maintenance and operation of tower cranes within our organization.
We are looking for an individual with experience in leading teams on site, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, and participating in technical safety reviews.
* Erect, climb and dismantle tower cranes, including inspection, preventative maintenance and fault-finding.
* Support the installation, tie-ins and commissioning of construction hoists.
* Assist with site preparation, cranage logistics and foundation systems installation.
* Maintain workplace health and safety compliance, complete risk assessments and participate in technical safety reviews.
This role involves working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective delivery of tower crane services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles, technical knowledge of tower cranes and excellent leadership and communication skills.
