Are you passionate about supporting democratic processes and delivering high-quality services in a unique and fast-paced environment? The Parliament of South Australia is seeking a proactive and highly organised Parliamentary Programs Officer to join the Joint Parliamentary Services team.
In this role, you will contribute to the development, coordination, and delivery of programs and internal initiatives that support Members of Parliament and parliamentary operations. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the House of Assembly, Legislative Council, and Joint Parliamentary Services to enhance service delivery, support organisational capability, and ensure smooth operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate parliamentary programs and internal initiatives that support Members and parliamentary staff.
* Provide high-level administrative and project support across multiple service areas.
* Prepare documentation, briefings, and reports to support decision-making.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
* Assist in continuous improvement of parliamentary service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience in public administration, program coordination, or a similar role.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
