Six Degrees have partnered exclusively with a global leading supplier of safety-critical rail and commercial vehicle systems. They pride themselves on being customer centric and are looking for a Customer Service Representative (your actual job title will be Data Systems Officer) to join their team of 10.
**The role**
In this role you will be responsible for looking after a client portfolio of your own. Your general day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Track progress of client orders through SAP and proactively expedite through the appropriate channels
- Ensuring orders are delivered to clients in full and on time
- Processing and confirming purchase orders in SAP
- Assist Fleet Managers, Planners & Integration Officers when required
- Your average day will be 50% customer service and 50% administration
**About you**
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer service role, who is able to demonstrate:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues
- Build rapport and work with stakeholders internally and externally
