You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and advocating for clients internally to expand their business with Deel.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and strategic growth accounts.Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.Collect and share product and operational feedback with relevant teams.Ensure high-quality customer experiences daily.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to respond to customer requests promptly.Drive adoption of platform features to enhance customer retention.QualificationsMinimum of 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience.Experience in a fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity preferred.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Data-savvy with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Self-motivated with a growth mindset, capable of handling responsibility in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of achievement and delivering business impact.Strong analytical skills and curiosity to make an impact.Proficiency in English and native Korean language skills.Total RewardsWe offer competitive pay, scalable benefits, and perks, including stock grants, flexible remote work, and optional WeWork access.Deel is committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
