AIM Care Support and Services, a leading aged care service provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality nursing care to aged care clients
* Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation
* Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Supervising and delegating tasks to Assistants in Nursing
* Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Participating in ongoing professional development activities
Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Relevant experience in aged care or a similar setting
* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
