Job Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor: Lead Team is a key position that oversees daily operations, staff management and food quality control. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage the team effectively.



Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily restaurant activities including supervision of kitchen staff.
* Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all customers receive excellent service in accordance with company policies.
* Demonstrate attention to detail with regard to inventory control, cash handling procedures and other related tasks as required.


1. A minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Food Safety Certification may be an asset;., experience within fast paced environments such as restaurants or bars.
