About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a hands-on nursing role where you'll be involved in both hospital and surgical nursing duties. You'll need to be confident in:
* Monitoring anaesthetics
* Pre and post-operative care
* Collecting and running blood/urine samples using Idexx machines
* Dental procedures
* Radiology
* IV placement and fluid therapy
* Administering medications
* Admitting and discharging patients
This casual role may become a permanent ongoing position in the future for the right person.

About You:
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or a Veterinary Technician Degree is preferred
* Minimum 2 years' experience with well-rounded nursing skills
* Passionate about surgery and anaesthetics
* Committed to promoting a positive workplace culture
* Enjoy mentoring and supporting others
* Ready to step in and contribute from day one
