Customer Service Professional
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing mail
* Attend to court filing and coordinate logistics for firm events
* Perform daily banking and photocopying duties
* Support the reception and switchboard teams as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
