We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist / Accounts Assistant. Your role in the company will be to manage the reception desk and support our Branch Accountant in their day-to-day duties. This position offers variety and multiple responsibilities.
Your daily tasks may include, but not limited to, the following:
**Reception**
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Attending to phone calls
- General facility management
- Manage stationary and office consumable orders
- Assistance to the EA - Travel bookings, events, and day to day ad hoc
- Meeting room calendar management
- Filing as needed
- Printing & Binding
- Courier Bookings (both domestic and International)
- Proofreading documents
**Accounts Payable (Supervision provided by Branch Accountant)**
- Processing of invoices - data entry
- Preparation of all fortnightly invoices to be paid - EFT runs
- Oversee all payments
- Creditor reconciliation and liaison with creditors
- Credit card reconciliations
- All Accounts Payable scanning, filing and archiving
- Banking
- Timesheet entering
**What you need**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (In particular Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise
- Proactive approach
