Deliver primary health care with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service across town clinics and our Urgent Care Clinic.
$217,000 to $260,000 per annum
$263,000 to $312,000 per annum

About the role
Congress catchment is in Central Australia, and it has grown its footprint in Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities. Working with community is our mantra and it has worked for more than 50 years. Congress has grown to be one of the strongest and most impactful Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation in Australia. We understand Aboriginal self-determination, social determinants of health and Indigenous Governance.
You can enjoy a variety of work environments upon negotiation whether you want to work in Alice Springs or remote communities, in an Aboriginal health clinic as our coverage includes the Urgent Care Clinic, headspace, Yulara Clinic, Aged Care, in acute care or chronic care clinics or in population specific health services and programs e.g. children, women's, men's, aged care, disability, drug and alcohol and hard to reach cohorts.
You will be asked to consider being GP Supervisor for students and GP registrar trainees.

What we're looking for
Current AHPRA registration.
RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship.
Commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice.
Recent emergency training certification.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional clinical skills, a proactive adaptable attitude, and a genuine respect for diverse patient backgrounds.
