Branch Manager | Metroll Rockhampton | Roll Forming Manufacturing
An exciting opportunity exists to lead the Metroll Rockhampton branch, overseeing a roll forming manufacturing and sales operation in the building products industry.
In this role, you will provide stewardship of the branch, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial performance. You will develop and implement strategic, operational and tactical plans that deliver sustainable business results while ensuring the team operates in line with Metroll's values, policies and safety standards.
You will be responsible for leading sales, administration and manufacturing activities, with a strong focus on profitability, cost control, and performance improvement across all areas of the business. Building and maintaining key customer relationships, including with major accounts, will be critical to success.
The role requires a business‐minded leader who can balance strategic thinking with practical, hands‐on management. You will coach and develop your team, set clear performance expectations and foster a positive, safety‐focused workplace culture.

You are a proven business or branch leader with experience in manufacturing, distribution or building products. You bring strong financial acumen, customer focus and the ability to translate strategy into operational results.
