The Role
We are seeking Junior Referees (15+ years old) to join our referee team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for young, enthusiastic people looking to build leadership skills, gain real workplace experience, and be part of a high-energy outdoor environment.
As a Junior Referee, you’ll assist in running paintball sessions, supporting Senior Referees, and ensuring every group has a safe and enjoyable experience. This role is about learning the ropes, supporting the team, and stepping up with confidence when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Referees in running paintball sessions.
- Assist with safety checks, gear distribution, and player preparation.
- Help brief groups and explain simple game rules.
- Monitor players on the field to ensure rules and safety standards are followed.
- Represent Ultimate Paintball with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Learn and grow into more advanced referee responsibilities over time.
About You
We’re looking for someone energetic, reliable, and ready to step into a fun but professional work environment.
- Must be 15+ years old.
- Weekend availability is a must (our busiest time).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Senior Referees.
- Enjoy working outdoors and staying active.
- Interest in sports, events, or leadership roles is a plus.
