We’re partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand, part of a leading international group, to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist on a 12 month Temp contract. About the role This is a hands on role sitting across inventory management and logistics, supporting end to end supply chain operations in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow, accurate inventory management and efficient coordination with both internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment coordination and documentation Monitoring shipment status and liaising with 3PL providers and customs agents Supporting inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting Maintaining accurate stock data across ERP and warehouse systems Assisting with item master data and system updates Supporting month end processes including inventory reconciliation and reporting Providing general support across supply chain operations and ongoing projects About you 2 to 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory focused roles Experience within FMCG, retail, pharma, beverage or similar product based environments Strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain operations Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or similar Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work across stakeholders What’s on offer 12 month temp contract with a globally recognised brand High visibility role with exposure to regional and global teams Collaborative, supportive team environment If you’re a supply chain professional looking for your next contract opportunity apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
