The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing and leading a team to successfully deliver cleaning services at Coles – Redbank Distribution Centre .
Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Undertake the general direction and supervision of the Cleaning Team members on shift.
* Participate in the induction and training of new Team Members.
* Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.
* Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery by all team members.
* Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
* Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management, ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
* Hold a current driver's licence and vehicle (desirable).
* Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
* Possess intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Be able to work flexible hours when required.
