About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full‐time experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team to cover the Grafton & surrounding areas supervising and assisting the Manager with multiple government sites.
You will be responsible for assisting day‐to‐day operational needs for your area and meeting with clients to ensure the teams are delivering the most effective cleaning services.
You will demonstrate sound understanding of cleaning operations, utilise your strong administration and financial skills, whilst also delivering service excellence to all external and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage frontline employees' rosters, pays and cleaning practices.
* Liaise with the Client and our Employees on a regular basis.
* Assist with delivering equipment to multiple sites on a regular basis.
* HSE experience in toolbox talk and risk assessment.
* Professional presentation and customer service focus.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
* Working knowledge of work health and safety.
Minimum Criteria:
* Experience in cleaning operations.
* Experience with supervising team members.
* Already hold or prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance.
* Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone.
* Must hold a Valid and clean driver licence.
* Exceptional communication and technology skills.
* Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
* Must have full time work rights.
* Must have or be able to obtain NSW WWCC & NSW Police Clearance.

This position requires you to be able to hold and maintain satisfactory employment screening, such as a valid Working with Children Check, a clean NSW POLICE clearance and Government Clearance.
