Our Mornington Peninsula hospital is firmly established and rapidly expanding. With new psychiatrists joining our team and our programs consistently operating at strong levels, we're welcoming Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to support us to deliver exceptional mental health care to meet increasing community demand.

Why join Avive?

* Innovative, tech-enabled systems – less admin, more time for care
* Structured, confidence-building orientation for all new starters
* A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice

* A values-led organisation where your ideas and expertise shape our future

Shifts are available across a 7-day roster, including morning, afternoon and night duty.
