We’re expanding, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of something different.About YouAs the Pre-Owned and Remarketing Specialist at Polestar Australia, you will be responsible for developing and managing Polestar’s Pre-owned vehicle program and remarketing in Australia. You will develop and manage our Pre-owned Polestar process and will be working with Polestar partners to optimize pre-owned sales. You will also be responsible for the pricing strategy of the Pre-owned Polestar vehicles, developing new partnerships to increase residual value of used vehicles and creating new business processes to support Polestar Pre-owned program.What you’ll doDefine and execute the optimal remarketing strategy for Polestar in AustraliaManage relationship with and support Polestar Remarketing Partners and DealersDevelop local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenueEnsure fulfilment of Polestar Pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and provided trainingDevelop new and innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance the second cycle of vehiclesActively seek and forecast sourcing opportunities for Pre-owned PolestarsManage Polestar Pre-owned vehicle sales and monitor stock levelsReport and follow-up on sales performance and KPIsDevelop and coordinate a smooth de-fleet process of internal and company carsContinuously improve Polestar Pre-owned program to ensure a competitive customer offerSubmit change requests and enhancements to the global program to improve performanceWork proactively with analysis of residual valueMonitor market residual value performance against competitorsProvide product related feedback to Polestar HQ to influence future products from RV perspectiveBuild and manage relationships with key residue value stakeholders, such as leasing company RV and pricing committees, RV experts, car auctioneers, etc.Organize RV events for stakeholdersAttend remarketing events and represent PolestarExperience with business developmentExperience with data analysis, financial analysis, and market sales analysisExperience with developing and managing relationships with strategic partners and other external stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantageExcellent communication skills and comfortable with public speakingExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExperience with managing vehicle remarketing at a major automotive brand is an advantageWho You AreAs a person you have a ‘can do’ attitude and solid organizational skills, comfortable with applying fundamental supply and demand principles to real world and analysing large data sets, developing insights and actions based on data.Creative, ambitious, analytical, and someone who loves building new businesses and organizations.
