Monday-Friday 7am-3:06pm.
Full time permanent role $75-80k + super
Role
About the Role:
* Lead, coach, and support a team of production workers and conduct training for new and existing staff
* Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
* Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
* Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
* Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimise production
What You Need
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent beneficial but not mandatory
