The Opportunity
Based in Perth, this national role will see you leading performance across a network of 100+ sales professionals, each accountable for their own monthly targets. You\'ll sit at the heart of the business, working directly with the GM, with a clear mandate to measure, influence, and elevate individual and collective sales results.
With a Streamlined Team Structure, You\'ll Lead
* 1 x Regional Manager (overseeing ~50 team members nationally)
* 1 x Retail Sales Performance Manager (focused on WA performance)
* 12-15 Store Managers across the country
Interstate travel required 4-5 times per year.
What You\'ll Be Owning
* Driving individual and network-wide sales performance across 100+ team members
* Building a culture of accountability where every leader runs their store like a business
* Analysing performance data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
* Coaching senior leaders to lift capability, consistency, and results
* Ensuring every Sales Professional is tracked, measured, and supported to hit target
* Partnering closely with the GM to shape strategy and performance direction
About You
* \u2022 Provent success leading multi-site retail or large sales networks
* Strong background in performance management at an individual level
* Comfortable managing complexity, data, and high accountability environments
* A natural coach who can influence senior leaders and drive behavioural change
* Highly organised, structured, and motivated by numbers, targets, and outcomes
