Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
* Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
* Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
* Valid QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License, CLO, Gaming Nominee & License (or ability to obtain).
