Eldercare is seeking an exceptional Part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team at our Mount Barker facility.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing front-line customer and administrative services at our residential aged care site in Mount Barker
* Delivering superior customer service to staff, residents, families, and visitors with a courteous and friendly manner
* Supporting site functions such as recruitment, ordering, records management, and daily accounting
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Extensive customer service and administration experience
* Ability to work autonomously, managing time and priorities effectively in a busy environment
* Experience with computer-based administration systems
* An adaptable, positive approach to providing timely and high-quality customer service across various tasks
* Courteous and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships

Requirements:
* Police clearance valid for aged care (vulnerable persons), issued within the last 12 months
* Vaccination against seasonal influenza (by 1 June annually) and COVID-19 as per ATAGI guidelines
