An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant.
This role is based in our Rockingham Dealership, servicing Melville, Cockburn and Rockingham Toyota, with a primary focus on vehicle service bookings and customer retention activities.
What you'll be doing:
* Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and responding to enquiries
* Booking vehicle service appointments
* Responding to customer emails regarding servicing, recalls, and parts
* Making outbound calls for service reminders and post-service follow ups
* Accurate data entry and general administration support
What we're looking for:
* Previous call centre experience (essential)
* Strong customer service skills – in person, over the phone, and via email
* Excellent communication, computer, and time management skills
* High attention to detail and professional presentation
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-focused attitude
* Experience with the TUNE dealer management system and/or previous Toyota dealership experience (highly regarded)
