Senior Hr Projects Officer Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Projects Officer to lead and direct the workflow of HR project activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting HR project activity, including the development of a HR Compliance Framework
* Collaborating with internal HR Operations, Finance and IT functions to support compliance processes
* Supporting policy interpretation, leveraging approaches among entities, streamlining processes
* Supporting the development of internal Pay Practices in alignment with legislative requirements and internal HR Policy and Procedures
* Contributing to the development of a RACI matrix for HR, Payroll, and IT, establishing documented processes, and implementing checks through approvals and peer reviews
* Establishing and implementing an internal SME Focal group and upskilling SMEs on legislative compliance and policy interpretation
* Supporting the development and implementation of a holistic change management framework that includes change readiness, communication plans and training
Requirements:
* Min. 3-4 years' experience in a HR Generalist role with experience across a range of HR Operational functions and HR Projects
* Strong ability to develop, interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and practices
* Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Innovation in HR practice with a commitment to continuous improvement
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience in developing relationships at various levels within a business
* Able to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information
* Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
* Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Information Systems, experience in Aurion and/or Work Day highly regarded
* Experience in Change Management frameworks and practices highly desirable
