Michael is based in Adelaide and leads the Strategy and Design business unit across ANZ and is passionate about fostering team spirit and enabling team members to reach their potential through learning and development. Insight's Strategy and Design team combines design thinking with an understanding of emerging technology, background in process optimisation, governance, and organisational change to deliver real business value from IT investments.The Practice Lead will contribute to the development of the practice strategy and execute a practice business plan aligned with the broader company vision. Success will be measured by regional execution and high teammate and client satisfaction.You will be a member of the leadership team, expected to live our values, lead by example, and foster a culture of delegation and shared responsibilities.Responsibilities include:Business Leadership: Execute regional plans including Go to Market, Sales, Marketing, and financial management of the practice.Delivery Management: Oversight of engagements and regional capacity planning.Sales Management: Vendor relationships, pre-sales, and marketing strategies including conference and User Group participation.Be AmbITious: This role offers opportunities for growth, upskilling, and career advancement.
