* Maintain disciplined program governance, including oversight of scope, risk, funding and reporting to executive leadership and cross-agency governance forums.
* Monitor program performance and adjust program sequencing where required to respond to evolving timelines, operational pressures and funding arrangements.
* Ensure reform initiatives are embedded within operational teams and deliver measurable improvements in organisational capability and performance.
* Represent the organisation in national and inter-jurisdictional forums, contributing to reform discussions and ensuring organisational interests are effectively represented.
* Build and lead a high‐performing program team to deliver outcomes within complex, high‐profile and high‐accountability environments.
* Support broader organisational reform agendas by integrating recommendations from reviews, strategic initiatives and policy changes into program delivery.

* Experience working across multi‐agency or national reform environments involving complex stakeholder and governance arrangements.
* Strong understanding of the intersection between digital system uplift, legislative reform, data integrity and workforce capability.
* Highly developed stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills, including preparation of senior governance and executive documentation.
