Shorehouse, is a modern take on Asian share-dining food and next level cocktails. We are focused around high energy fusion style dining, brilliant cocktails and creating memorable experiences with great tropical views.
We are looking for great people that have care factor, love for success and the ability to help lead and inspire our teams alongside our other existing management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in food, cocktails, attention to detail as well as honing their own skillset each day.
Responsibilities would include:
* Maintain professional and high-level customer service standards at all times in a fast-paced atmosphere
* Develop knowledge of food and Bev specifics to this venue
* Assist in maintaining the high execution standards of our cocktails and customer service
* Offer engaging table service and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with guests while having fun with them
