About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve targets and KPIs, leading the team independently when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs
* In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals
* Oversee daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management
