Residential Home Placement Specialist
In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement with our organization through delivering a person-centred and consistent accounts management approach.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer service
* Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email, and online
* Determine customer needs and assist in understanding suitable care options
* Explain the Aged Care process in detail, including fees payable
* Follow all legislative requirements, including issuing legal contracts to clients
* Utilize mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
About You:
* You possess well-developed communication skills to proactively respond to customer needs and offer support according to individual customer circumstances
* You have proven experience coordinating the end-to-end customer journey for residential intake, demonstrating empathy for customers and a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcomes
* You demonstrate problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify the best care options to meet customer needs
