Production Planner – Permanent Position
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on collaboration across production and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency
Coordinate daily operations between manufacturing and warehousing departments
Liaise with supervisors across all production areas to ensure seamless workflow
Monitor inventory levels and material availability
Conduct regular floor visits to production departments and warehouse facilities
Communicate directly with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Utilize planning software and Office Suite applications for reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications
Proven manufacturing experience (essential)
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Physical capability to move throughout production facilities and warehouse daily
High energy level and proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Highly Preferred
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Position Details
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
