As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Kin Kora
Goodstart Kin Kora, a 74-place childcare centre, is conveniently located on the corner opposite Kin Kora Primary School, close to shops, bus routes, main roads, and residential estates. The centre prides itself on its commitment to sustainability, featuring a fully operational vegetable and herb garden. Our large, age-appropriate play spaces and equipment are designed to enhance children's awareness of their surroundings and the greater environment.
Community involvement is important to us. Through visits to the centre and participation in various events and activities throughout the year, we enrich the children's learning experiences. Daily art and music experiences allow the children to freely express their creativity.
Our team of long-term, dedicated educators includes five staff members who have been with us for over 10 years, along with multiple others with over five years of service. We celebrate and embrace the diverse cultures within our community, ensuring a rich, inclusive environment for all.

You'll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) – would consider a Certificate III, working towards Diploma
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
Full shift availability from 6:00am to 6:00pm
