An exciting full time, temp opportunity has arisen for an experienced full function Accounts Receivable Officer to work with a market leading organisation based in Sydney's South-West. This role will be 2 months initially, and has onsite parking available
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will become part of highly regarded and close knit team responsible for maintaining all Accounts Receivable procedures and processes. The role will include but not be limited to:
* Allocations
* Invoicing/Receipting
* Maintaining a ledger of both small and large accounts
* Creating new accounts
* Collections of overdue accounts
* Dispute resolution
* Banking
* Bank reconciliations
* Dealing with credit queries
* Identifying credit risk
* Journal entries
* Other ad-hoc duties as required by AR Manager
Your Skills & Experience
* 3 + years experience in a similar role
* Intermediate excel skills
* Proven collections ability across a large ledger
* Results and customer focused
* Experience in a high volume, transnational environment
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Team player
* Experience in working with a large ERP System
