Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will also be responsible for coaching and guiding your team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.

In this role, you will carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident. You will also monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

To be successful in this position, you must have a valid NMC pin, previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard, and excellent communication and reporting skills.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.

You will oversee care, administer and order medication, review and evaluate individual care plans, and provide clinical guidance to the care team. You will also be responsible for delivering best practice continually.

You will work closely with our care team to provide person-centered care, supporting independence and honoring choice to help our residents live their best lives.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* A valid NMC pin.
* Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* The ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
