Our Visitor Experience Centre offers guests an immersive, multi‐sensory journey that brings the craft, character, and heritage of rum‐making to life. What makes this role exciting
* Working in a vibrant Visitor Experience Centre on a hazardous goods site, with a strong focus on safety for staff and guests
* Being part of a large, collaborative team (up to 30 team members)
* Roster flexibility, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Your impact
You'll support the day‐to‐day success of the Visitor Experience Centre by contributing to commercial outcomes and delivering outstanding customer service across multiple functions, including:
* Retail and ticket sales
* Bar service
* Cafe service and food preparation
* Event execution
* Site presentation and cleaning
What we're looking for
Preferred experience and qualifications:
* Current RSA
* Minimum 2 year's experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality
* A genuine interest in our brand, story, and products
* Friendly, confident, and engaging communication style
* Strong customer service and sales capability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of customers
Safety, integrity, and responsibility
In this role, you will:
* Champion site safety standards and actively promote a strong safety culture
* Ensure compliance with cash handling and CARM guidelines
* Represent the brand professionally and responsibly at all times
* Promote social responsibility in line with alcohol consumption and marketing codes
