We are looking for a motivated Full Time Apprentice Cabinet Maker to join our growing team and develop their skills in this trade. Ideally, a junior 1st or 2nd year to train and teach, but open to the right applicant.
As an Apprentice Cabinet Maker, you will be working closely with our team of experienced cabinet makers to learn the trade and gain hands‐on experience in the design, construction, and installation of high‐quality custom cabinetry.
About the role
* Assisting on joinery and cabinetry installations as required.
* Workshop labouring – machining timber, assembling cabinets and furniture, manufacturing doors and stairs, preparing equipment, keeping workplace tidy and free of obstacles.
* Use of basic hand tools.
* Keeping job sites clean and tidy.
* Basic errands as required.
* Fitting hinges, drawers and shelves.
* Working with solid timber and manufactured board products.
* Attendance of Tafe as required.

* Ability to follow procedures and directions from supervisors.
