* Experience with Pennsylvania CPS and GPS law as outlined in Chapter 3490 Protective Services.

* Strategy and Architecture: Information Systems Planning, Systems Architecture, Governance, Process Design, and Standards.
* Infrastructure Support: Network, Security, Data Center Operations, Help Desk, Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, and Green Technology.
* Software Development and Support: Programming, Web Design and User Experience, Document Management, Geographic Information Services, Data Architecture, Data Warehouse, and Website (internal/external development and maintenance).
* Package Implementation: Work Order Management, Human Resources, Financials, Procurement, Payroll, and Billing/Receivables.
Open Positions
Project Managers: Extensive knowledge of cross-functional project management methodologies and tools, information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment.
Business Analysts: Ability to partner with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and informational needs.
Senior to Mid-Level Applications Developers: Expertise in .Net Developers and Application Architects with knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C# programming language, .Net MVC, .Net Web Forms, .Net, Silverlight, WPF, XML, XAML, MSSQL.
Database Administrators and Developers: Knowledge of Oracle &/or SQL Server Applications DBA, Oracle &/or SQL Server Database Developers, Oracle &/or SQL Server DBA, Oracle Data Modeler with knowledge of ERWIN, PL/SQL, ER Analysis, and OLAP.
Additional Development Resources: SharePoint Developers, Web Designer/Graphic Designer/Branding expertise/Color theory, Usability Expert/User Experience Designer, Web Content Writer/Web Content Editor, QA/Testing Specialists, Business Analysts, Technical Writers.
